Application Method:
- Clean the affected area with warm water before bedtime every night.
- Take half a fingertip of powder (adjust according to the size of hemorrhoids).
- Mix with the patient's saliva to form a paste.
- Apply evenly to the affected area (for internal hemorrhoids, insert about 2.5-2.8 cm into the anus; for external hemorrhoids, check for hidden external hemorrhoids in the anus; for mixed hemorrhoids, apply inside first then outside, ensuring some paste adheres to the inner wall of the anal canal).
- Remain still and sleep until morning. Use for about one week, generally sufficient for recovery. For severe cases, extend usage as needed (no toxic or side effects).
Precautions:
- Avoid alcohol and smoking during treatment.
- Avoid spicy foods (peppers, raw onions, garlic, strong tea, coffee, etc.).
- Avoid "hair-trigger" foods like beef, lamb, chicken, and dog meat.
- Avoid seafood (fish, shrimp, etc.) and warm fruits (lychee, longan).
- Avoid leeks, mushrooms, cold and greasy foods, fried and barbecued foods. Eat fewer eggs, especially boiled eggs. Maintain a light diet.
- Maintain good lifestyle habits: eat moderately, avoid staying up late, drink enough water (especially a large glass of warm water on an empty stomach in the morning), eat fresh fiber-rich vegetables, exercise moderately, and have regular bowel movements between 7-9 am to prevent constipation or diarrhea.
- Avoid prolonged sitting, squatting, standing, or walking. Avoid heavy physical labor.
- Maintain a calm and optimistic mindset.
- Ensure proper diagnosis. If other anorectal diseases are present, comprehensive treatment is required.
Instructions
Hemorrhoid External Medicine: Apply after cleaning the affected area with warm water before bedtime each night. Trim and smooth the nail of your right index or middle finger before applying the medicine - gloves are not recommended as they may prevent even application. Take an amount of powder (adjust according to the size of the hemorrhoid) equivalent to half a fingertip and place it in a small cup-like container (tighten the lid immediately to prevent evaporation). Mix with your own saliva to form a paste of medium consistency (mix thoroughly as some ingredients may dissolve). Apply the paste to the tip of your right index or middle finger and gently insert it 2.5-3 centimeters into the rectum to reach the internal hemorrhoid. Apply the medicine in a circular motion. After treating the internal hemorrhoid, apply to the anal canal, and finally to the external hemorrhoid. Cover the entire surface of the hemorrhoid, and apply slightly beyond the affected area. Remain still and sleep undisturbed until morning. Try to apply the medicine early and sleep as soon as possible, ensuring at least 8-9 hours of rest.
Recover from exercise
Pelvic Floor Exercises: Stand naturally with feet shoulder-width apart, close your eyes, place your tongue on the roof of your mouth, and let your arms hang naturally by your sides. Breathe evenly and relax your entire body, focusing your mind on your anus. Begin to inhale and exhale slowly - during inhalation, tighten and lift your anus (contract your hips and pelvic floor, holding for about 2-3 seconds), and during exhalation, release and relax (loosen your hips and pelvic floor, about 2-3 seconds). Repeat this process, with nine breaths as one set, performing three sets per day. Training after bowel movements is recommended.(If you have local anal infections, acute hemorrhoid inflammation, perianal abscesses, or other severe conditions, doing pelvic floor exercises may worsen your condition and should be avoided. Patients with constipation, anal fissures, puborectalis muscle spasm, and those who have recently undergone anal surgery should not perform these exercises for the time being.)
